About us

Built on experience

The software began in a small sports club, built on real needs. After years of refinement we brought it to the market in spring 2016, and today more than 130 organisations trust us. Each of them adds its own piece to the mosaic of our development. The new version, Clubsman, keeps everything that has proven itself in practice and adds what clubs asked for: an app on the phone, automatic payment reminders, enrolment with e-signature, notices with read confirmation and an AI assistant.

The Clubsman team — All for one, one for all

  • Every feature of the previous version has been carried over and improved
  • Help moving from Excel or another program is free
  • Ready for what comes next: an AI assistant and an open interface for AI agents
  • 130+ sports organisations across Slovenia — what clubs say
