What’s new in Clubsman

Clubsman keeps improving. Here are the main updates — they are included in every plan, at no extra cost and with nothing to install.

October 2026

  1. Step-by-step help and on-screen tours for every feature

The “?” button on every page opens on-screen tours, step-by-step procedures and a short description of the page; a new “Help and guides” page gathers everything you can do, with search and suggestions for your role. On your first visit to a page, Clubsman offers a short tour that waits for you to do each step yourself. Clubsman is also faster, especially in large clubs.

  2. A basket for every member and monthly invoices from the basket

In the member record you set what the member pays — items with an agreed price, discount and quantity, also without SEPA direct debit. You then issue invoices “from each member’s basket”, once or automatically every month: everyone gets an invoice with their own lines, and anyone with an empty basket is left out and listed in the notice before issuing.

  3. Staff training in every plan

Up to 2 hours of remote staff training a year are now free in every plan, from Bronze up — for administrators, coaches and the accountant. Each further hour costs €45.

  4. Book of received invoices

On the new “Received invoices” page the club enters or photographs a supplier’s invoice and records it in the book together with its payment; the accountant gets the book of received invoices in Excel next to the issued ones.

  5. AI assistant in every plan

The AI assistant with Club knowledge, Analyst and commands is now in every plan: in Bronze and Silver it is used by the club administrator, in Gold and Platinum by every role, together with the API for AI agents. Any plan can also add an extra business entity (€200 per year + VAT).

  6. Parents and coaches on the phone

A notification about a new invoice or payment reminder takes the parent straight to payment. After signing in, the parent lands on Home and sees themselves and their child in the menu. When a parent writes to a coach, the coach of the child’s group is at the top; a coach sends a notice to their team in a few taps. “My trainings” now reach to the end of next week.

  7. Enrolment follow-up questions chosen by the club, and a shorter My profile

When the club asks an applicant for more information, it chooses the fields to complete — the parent sees only those fields on the application status page, and the club sees in the details what was changed. My profile is up to three times shorter on the phone, with the next session at the top.

  8. Calendar and member record on the phone

On the phone the calendar opens as a list of the next seven days; members and parents see their own trainings and matches first. At the top of the member record are the contact details with a call button (both parents for a child) and a short overview: open amount, medical check-up, attendance. Coloured text is easier to read in light and dark mode.

  9. Measurements: comparison with the previous result

When entering test results, the coach sees who still has no result and, next to each member, the previous result with the difference — for example “0.08 s better”. You set up a new test session on one screen.

  10. Club equipment

A new module shows what the club has, how much and where — in the store room, in the van, with a team or with an individual. You hand equipment out with a signed hand-out form, record inspections and deadlines, and prepare the yearly stock-take for the committee.

  11. Shorter, clearer screens on the phone

Invoices, the invoice book, measurements, the season timetable, e-mail, reports and My profile are up to three times shorter on the phone: what needs doing is at the top, the rest is folded away.

  12. Sponsors, donors and partners

Partner contracts in one place, promises as tasks with a deadline and a responsible person, instalments as prepared invoices, and a one-page “Partnership overview” for the partner.

  13. First steps for a new club

A new club sees on the home page which step comes next — from groups and members to the timetable and the first invoices. Before publishing, you see the enrolment form exactly as parents will see it.

  14. Season timetable

The regular trainings of every group on one screen: you see what is already in the calendar, add the missing sessions, and change or end a series from a chosen day.

  15. Add a training straight from the attendance app

A coach adds a missing training for their group in the Prisotnost SP attendance app and enters attendance straight away. You can invoice the people present at an event in a few clicks.

  16. Safe sport (safeguarding)

A module in every plan: a public page with the club’s contact persons, policies, a staff register and “My obligations” for every member.

  17. Coach substitutions and staff attendance

Anyone who cannot make a training asks colleagues to stand in; the first to accept takes the session. Staff confirm their own attendance, and coach pay takes this into account.

  18. Payment in instalments

One invoice for the full amount, which parents pay in monthly instalments with the same payment reference. Before each due date Clubsman sends the payment details, and it sends a reminder only when a late payment is really confirmed.

  19. Automatic invitations

Invitations to trainings and matches go out to members and parents by themselves at the time the club sets.

  20. The AI assistant understands commands

“Cancel tomorrow’s U11 training” or “add Jana to the U13 group”: the assistant prepares a proposal that you confirm with one click.

  21. The accountant in Clubsman

An external accountant works in Clubsman with their own role, and a period lock protects months already handed over.

  22. The Prisotnost SP app and the member timeline

A separate phone app for quick attendance entry that also works offline. The member record shows the history of group membership.

  23. Group staff and a Clubsman trial

A group has its own staff — coach, assistant, physiotherapist. Anyone who wants to try Clubsman gets access to a sample club.

  24. Card payments and tickets

Payment of invoices and orders by card through the club’s own Stripe account, and online ticket sales with a scanner at the entrance.
